Returns

You can return any un-used items for a refund within 30 days of the invoice date. The goods are to be returned at your own expense. Please use a signed for delivery service and pack up any items well to ensure they arrive back in perfect condition.

Any items you return must be in new, unused condition with all the original packaging. We do not accept any items with indication that they have been used. In such cases the refund will be refused.

Order’s placed by businesses (B2B) customers are subject to a 15% handling charge which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Any related delivery costs associated with your order are non-refundable.

Please note any special/made to order items & spare parts are non-returnable.
