A history of the Spotnails brand
Spotnails Inc was founded in Illinois in 1941 and has been a major manufacturer of industrial pneumatic tools, collated fastenings, and collated staples ever since. The brand expanded into the UK in 1954 when establishing Spotnails Ltd, a British owned company at its Caerphilly, South Wales head office. Spotnails specialises in the manufacturing and distribution of pneumatically driven tools, coil nails, strip nails, T-nails, pins and brads.
Betco Fasteners has a long-standing relationship with Spotnails and brings a good selection of their products to you at competitive trade prices, with FREE UK delivery available on qualifying orders, which are detailed below.

Spotnails nail gun
Spotnails nailer options are a top choice. We have two outstanding options which suit both first fix and second fix requirements. Although there are many other Spotnails nail gun models, we instead provide an extensive selection of nail gun models, which can be viewed here.
Here are the two Spotnails nail gun options available from us:
This is an efficient gasless framing nailer powered by robust lithium-ion battery technology. It handles 34-degree paper-collated framing nails ranging from 50mm to 90mm without requiring messy fuel cells. Key features include nail depth adjustment, a non-marking tip, a rotatable belt hook, and a switchable trigger for flexible firing modes. Weighing 4.63kg, it delivers reliable high-speed performance for roofing, fencing, sheds, and general timber construction.
This is a specialised mains-powered tool designed for flooring contractors to secure expansion beading, scotia, and quadrant mouldings. It fires ultra-thin 21-gauge mini pins from 15mm to 30mm, leaving almost invisible entry holes that eliminate the need for wood filler. Operating at up to 25 shots per minute, it allows professionals to pin roughly 8 metres of moulding per minute cleanly, backed by a convenient 1-year warranty.

Featuring diamond points for clean timber penetration, these 34-degree paper-collated fasteners provide exceptional pull-out resistance for outdoor construction. They also fit major cordless gas nailers like the Paslode IM350. This bundle is also available with 64mm nails.
2) Spotnails 3.1 x 75mm Galv Ring 1st Fix Nail & Gas Pack (2,200 + 2 Gas Fuel Cells)
The Spotnails 3.1 x 75mm Galv Ring 1st Fix Nail & Gas Pack includes 2,200 heavy-duty ring-shank nails and 2 fuel cells. This bundle is also available with 90mm nails.
Spotnails staple guns
There is a large selection of Spotnails staple gun options, but here at Betco Fasteners we stock predominantly other brands such as BeA, Bostitch, Josef Kihlberg, Maestri, and Tacwise. Our wide range of staple guns will meet any industrial stapling requirement you may have.
We do, however, sell the Spotnails SM11 Hammer Tacker (6-12mm). The Spotnails SM11 is a heavy-duty, lightweight hammer tacker engineered for professionals. It fires 6mm to 12mm staples (A11, T50, and 140 series), making it ideal for securing carpet underlay, insulation, and roofing felt.
Spotnails staples
We also supply all the staples needed for any of the staple guns we sell. If you have a Spotnails stapler, we supply compatible staples that will perfectly fit your model.
Specific Spotnails staples we sell fit the Spotnails SM11 stapler; these are:
Do you sell Spotnails hog ringers?
No, our selection features hog ringers primarily from Bostitch, BeA, First Fix, and TJEP rather than Spotnails-branded tools. However, as fastener sizing follows universal industry standards, hog rings like the CL24 series sold on our site will work in a Spotnails hog ringer if your model is designed for standard 15-gauge 24mm open C-rings. Many Spotnails pneumatic hog ringers are directly cross-compatible with tools from brands like Bostitch and BeA.
Spotnails silent compressors
If you are looking for an oil-free and silent air compressor, why not consider one of our Spotnails compressor models? These are specifically designed to work with our pneumatic tools such as Spotnails staple gun and Spotnails nailer options.
1) Spotnails SFC110 Low Noise Portable Air Compressor (110V)
This Spotnails silent compressor features an oil-free design and an ultra-quiet 60 dB(A) motor. This makes it a popular, low-maintenance choice for running pneumatic flooring nailers on occupied 110V site jobs. You can also buy this compressor bundled in with a flooring nailer when you buy the Betco CN45 Flooring Coil Nailer & Compressor Kit (110V).
2) Spotnails SFC240 Low Noise Portable Air Compressor (240V)
This compressor delivers a compact, oil-free 240V performance with a silent 60 dB output. It is perfectly suited for noise-sensitive indoor residential or commercial property installations.
